I am an honors graduate of Texas Christian University, with a Bachelor of Music Education degree emphasizing choral conducting and vocal and organ performance.  I taught elementary music and choir for 13 years prior to coming to JMS.  Some highlights of my teaching career include performing for Former First Lady Barbara Bush, winning 2 Outstanding Elementary Choir Awards at Sandy Lake, and performing at the Ballpark in Arlington.
