PLAYING FOR KEEPS

The book is really a page turner; it's about romance when
two teens are meant for each other and don’t know it
themselves . The main characters' names are Claudia and Aaron.
The plot of the story is that Claudia and Aaron are not together
because Claudia is trying to play soccer because its her favorite
sport. Then she will realizes that the school has dropped
the school soccer for girls in her high school and now she
can't play soccer anymore.
She tries to think of ideas of how to bring back the soccer
team back but none of them work. So she then tries out for
the men's soccer team and her boyfriend does not want her
to because they will make fun of him.
I think the theme of the story is about how a two teens try
to be together but can't because of their different goals
like Claudia really loves soccer and is willing to do anything
to make her dream of being in the Olympics come true. I think
that Aaron really cares about what the people say and think
about him and Claudia is more carefree and determined for
her goal.
I really like this story because it shows about romance and
how their differences can take them apart and then put them
together.
